I would have to say since getting my bike....Douglas Creek is the most fun to ride. Maybe I say that because I grew up down there. Something about the Cotton Wood smells, basalt ciffs, sage brush, water crossings and the falls. But that's just me....country as a chicken coupe!

I've always liked it too. Its just a cool canyon. And the fact that trains went through it until the late 80's is pretty cool.

If you're interested, check out my blog on that line and the Waterville Railway Co.

That's badass Darrin! I just looked through your blog, it looks like you know you're way around there pretty well. I've only known a few things about the trains there until now. I'd love to ride with you up there sometime for a "guided tour" if you're interested. Local history like that fascinates me.

Sounds good. I need to get Shane up there too. Our schedules never seem to work out.

Rum after is a must have... I'm dying to see Darrins Robert Duvall impression again!
