A friend just got one of these stoves today, watched it fire up and run and it's pretty impressive. Runs on any twigs, sticks you can find laying around and will charge your cell phone, etc while you cook. Folds up compact and build quality is great. It has a Lion battery that powers a small fan to create a draft for an efficient burn, once up and running the built in TEG (Thermoelectric Generator) provides power for the fan, to charge the battery back up and charge your accessories. Has a high/low setting on the fan and boils water quickly. Would be cool to cook on with a pan as well.

The legs fold up and the orange unit (TEG/Fan/Battery unit) slides into the burn pot for storage. Burns really clean.... Pretty cool! :thumb

Wonder if it will burn typically wet NW wood... I would think you'd need some dry wood to get it going..but after that would it burn wet or really green stuff?

Reviews pretty much say it sucks. Too heavy, bad fuel choice, a device for hipsters to ... charge their phone.

A waste of money. Sounded cool though! I just won't be getting one.
